Australian-based document software vendor, Intelledox, has added former Kaz commercial director, Michael O'Sullivan, to its board as part of plans to expand onto the international stage. He will sit alongside his former Kaz peers and Intelledox board members, Peter Kazacos and David Knox.

Intelledox, a leader in intelligent document creation enterprise software solutions, has now appointed Michael O’Sullivan to its Board of Directors, after appointing David Knox to the Board last year, making it a perfect trifecta of former KAZ directors now on the Intelledox Board.

Well known Australian technology entrepreneur Peter Kazacos joined the Intelledox Board as Chairman in 2007

David Knox and Michael O’Sullivan joined with Peter Kazacos to found KAZ in 1991. Mr Knox became head of Business Development, and Mr O’Sullivan became Commercial Director. All three helped oversee the company’s rapid growth from 35 to over 3,000 staff and facilitated its successful listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in March 2000, followed in 2004 by its acquisition by Telstra for a record $333 million.
